Entry Forms  

The nomination process is simple:

1. Complete and submit the easy, quick entry form – estimated time to complete is about 5 minutes.
2. We’ll arrange a phone interview during which you can describe the recent Client Advisor engagement that best reflects that Awards criteria.
3. If you are selected as a finalist, we’ll also want to talk with one additional reference by phone.

Professional Services providers (Advisors) may submit a nomination on behalf of:

• Their firm’s overall efforts
• Their firm’s specific market office efforts
• The efforts of a practice group or team within the firm
• An individual professional within the firm and their specific efforts
• A client of the firm

• Their organization’s specific market office efforts
• The efforts of a practice group or team within the organization
• An individual professional within the organization and their specific efforts
• A Professional Services Firm (Advisor) to their organization
